Product Manager, Conversational Support - Disney Direct to Consumer

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for conversational features across the streaming ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and data science teams to design, prototype, and iterate voice and chat interfaces that enhance viewer engagement.
• Analyze usage metrics, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
• Prioritize backlog items, manage sprint planning, and deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in media or streaming services.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies and user experience best practices.
• Proven track record of driving product from concept to launch with measurable impact.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional team leadership.
