Product Manager
Lead the strategy and execution of Decagon's conversational AI platform, defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with engineering, design, and customers to deliver AI‑driven customer experiences across voice, chat, email, and SMS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for the conversational AI platform.
- Gather and synthesize customer, market, and technical insights to prioritize features that drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams using Agile practices to deliver high‑quality AI agents on schedule.
- Establish metrics and dashboards to measure product performance, user adoption, and ROI, iterating based on data‑driven insights.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and support to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, NLP, or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies, including voice, chat, and multi‑channel integration.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment and delivering products from concept to market.
- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive product decisions and measure impact.
