We help retailers lower operating costs, improve billing accuracy for consumers, and enhance customer experience through automation and AI‑driven insight, all underpinned by modern, cloud‑native architecture.
Ensek is at an exciting inflection point as we scale at pace towards new international horizons. If you’re driven by solving complex, real‑world problems and want to build modern technology that accelerates the global energy transition, you’ll feel right at home with us.
About the role
The Product Manager for Contracting owns the end-to-end contracting capability within ENSEK 's Energy Orchestration System: turning accepted quotes into binding agreements, managing terms, renewals, termination, and contract lifecycle events. Contracting is where regulatory compliance meets scale - every market has different rules around cooling-off periods, deemed contracts, price protection, and customer communications, and as ENSEK expands internationally with increasingly complex contract types (B2B, export, time-of-use), the challenge is building a platform that handles this without bespoke development per jurisdiction.
We are building for AI-enabled energy operating models, and contracting is a prime area for AI to transform operations - from automated compliance checking and intelligent contract generation to AI-driven lifecycle communications. We are looking for someone with strong experience in contracting, agreements, or subscription management platforms, whether from energy or another regulated, high-volume industry such as insurance, telecoms, or financial services. You will work across engineering, commercial, compliance, and customer teams, making autonomous product decisions grounded in data while keeping delivery moving.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
Own the strategy, vision and roadmap for Contracting, expanding contract coverage (B2B, export, time-of-use) and extending support to new markets and regions.
Drive internationalisation of contracting capabilities, ensuring the platform supports compliant contracting across each regulatory jurisdiction without bespoke builds.
Champion the integration of AI across contracting - from automated compliance validation and intelligent contract generation to AI-assisted lifecycle communications - driving toward AI-enabled energy operations.
Make evidence-based prioritisation decisions, using AI-powered tools to improve estimation accuracy, and discussing trade-offs transparently with stakeholders.
Define and track key product outcomes - contract compliance rates, price protection accuracy, communication timeliness, rate change accuracy - using dashboards and data to drive continuous improvement.
