Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI initiatives that enhance policing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and operational teams to translate insights into actionable product features.
- Prioritise backlog items, manage sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align product vision with organisational goals and secure necessary resources.
- Analyse performance metrics, gather user feedback and iterate on product design to maximise impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology or public‑sector environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to real‑world problems.
- Hands‑on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
