About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product roadmap for cloud database and AI capabilities, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to translate requirements into detailed specifications and release plans.
- Gather and analyze feedback from enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to inform feature enhancements and performance improvements.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Monitor product metrics, usage patterns, and competitive landscape to continuously refine positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; technical experience in software development, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, relational/NoSQL databases, and AI/ML services.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, Agile environments and communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience with data‑driven decision making, product analytics, and customer research.
- Passion for building innovative cloud data products and a desire to grow a career in product management.
