Product Manager
Lead the end‑to‑end development of a digital claims platform for SME insurance, driving strategy, prioritisation and delivery of AI‑powered workflows, customer and broker self‑service features, and platform capabilities that enhance operational efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the SME claims digital platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Prioritise and manage the backlog, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term platform evolution.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver AI‑enabled claims workflows and self‑service portals for customers and brokers.
- Define and track key performance metrics, using data to iterate and improve the platform continuously.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, communicating progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in digital insurance or fintech, with a proven track record of launching complex platforms.
- Deep understanding of claims processes, customer and broker journeys, and AI/ML applications in insurance.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering on tight timelines.
