About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for cash and check offerings, translating market insights into prioritized features.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, design, compliance—to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback through interviews, surveys, and usage analytics to inform product decisions.
- Define and track key performance metrics, using data to iterate and optimize product performance.
- Drive product launches, including go‑to‑market strategy, training, and post‑launch analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in FinTech or banking, with a focus on cash or check products.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data‑driven decision making.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
