Product Manager
Lead the end‑to‑end development of UK credit‑card products, defining strategy, prioritising features and collaborating with engineering, design and compliance to deliver a best‑in‑class fintech experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for UK credit‑card offerings.
- Gather market, customer and regulatory insights to shape feature prioritisation and pricing models.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data science and compliance teams in an Agile environment to deliver releases on schedule.
- Translate business goals into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications.
- Monitor product performance using analytics, A/B testing and customer feedback, iterating to improve acquisition, activation and retention metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in FinTech or consumer finance, preferably with credit‑card or lending products.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards, SQL or similar tools to drive decisions.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional Agile teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on user experience and market fit.
- Knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance requirements for credit products.
