About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for bulk and on‑site offerings, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market needs.
- Conduct market and customer research, translate insights into prioritized feature sets, and create detailed product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Track product performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate on features to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in industrial or logistics sectors.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch.
- Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
