Lead the go‑to‑market strategy for Blueprint, Stryker’s surgeon‑controlled 3D planning software, driving communication with surgeons, sales reps, and patients while partnering with hardware marketing to launch new releases and enhance existing features.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for Blueprint releases, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and sales objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between surgeons, sales representatives, and internal teams, translating user feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Create educational content and training programs for surgeons and sales staff to maximize product adoption and proficiency.
- Collaborate with hardware marketing to design integrated promotional campaigns and collateral.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to inform product positioning and messaging.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management or marketing experience in medical devices or related technology.
- Strong understanding of surgical workflows and 3D planning software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive strategy.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast‑paced environment.
