Product Manager
Senior Product Manager for EMEA, driving enterprise B2B SaaS strategy and execution across multi-country rollouts, global‑to‑local product standardization, and large‑scale customer engagements for hearing‑care retailers.
About the role:
We are looking for a Regional Product Manager to lead EMEA on our SaaS platform . EMEA is where our enterprise customer engagements concentrate today — wave-based multi-country rollouts, joint Centres of Excellence, and the operational depth that comes with serving global hearing care retailers at scale. This is a senior role for someone who has done enterprise B2B SaaS at depth, is energised by multi-country complexity, and wants to work inside a product organisation where strategy is co-owned and execution is taken seriously.
Your job is to take a defined slice of that strategy — EMEA region, our enterprise customer engagements, and the global vs local product standard — and run it at senior depth. You will not be starting from a blank page. You will be joining a product organisation that has a clear frame, and your job is to make that frame real for our biggest customers and our largest region.
You will report to the VP Product, who owns our portfolio strategy and product operating model.
T his is a senior execution-and-strategy role with real scope, not a vision-setting ro le. If you thrive inside a thoughtful strategic frame and want to operate at enterprise depth, you will enjoy this role. If you need to invent the portfolio direction to feel ownership, this is not the right fit — and that is worth knowing up front.
What you’ll do:
EMEA regional leadership:
Own the Manage product relationship across EMEA — covering enterprise customer engagements that operate across many countries, alongside non-enterprise EMEA markets as commercial expansion brings them into scope.
Be the product voice in joint Centres of Excellence and wave-based rollout governance for our enterprise customers in region. Credible in front of executive stakeholders, country general managers, and programme leadership.
Translate wave-level commitments into quarterly product outcomes that engineering teams can execute against.
Shape Manage requirements for EMEA — configuration, localisation, reimbursement and billing particularities, regulatory environments — feeding into the Manage roadmap.
Protect the platform from fragmenting under enterprise pressure — every enterprise-specific decision gets weighed against the global standard, with exceptions formally logged.
The global vs local product standard:
Co-own, with the VP Product, the written rules for what is global in Manage and what is configurable per country (our 70/30 principle). Lead day-to-day execution of the standard, in active coordination with the Regional PM Americas and any peer regional PMs as they are hired.
Resolve global vs local conflicts in partnership with peer regional PMs and platform PMs, escalating to the VP Product only when genuinely unresolved.
Keep the standard a living document that engineering, delivery, and customer success can all point to when making de
