About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for AI‑driven features, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable impact for independent insurance agents.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX teams to prototype, test, and iterate rapid AI solutions.
- Translate market and customer insights into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment, ensuring timely delivery and high quality across all development stages.
- Measure product performance using data analytics, refining features based on usage metrics and feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS or fintech, preferably in insurance or related domains.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they integrate into software products.
- Strong Agile experience, comfortable with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or similar).
