Product Manager driving AIOps and automation enhancements for mainframe network management solutions, collaborating with product owners, R&D, and cross‑functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver value.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Owner and R&D to define and prioritize the product roadmap for AIOps and automation capabilities.
- Gather and translate customer, market, and technical insights into clear feature specifications and user stories.
- Lead cross‑functional agile teams through sprint planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor product performance, analyze usage data, and drive continuous improvement of mainframe network management solutions.
- Communicate product vision, status, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software, AIOps, or automation domains.
- Strong understanding of mainframe networking, systems management, or related infrastructure technologies.
- Proven ability to work in agile environments, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing technical and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
