About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Engineering initiatives across the International Consumer Bank.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and UX teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and drive agile delivery cycles to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to iterate on product features and ensure continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and senior stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and value impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and AI model lifecycle.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional products on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics tools.
