Product Manager, Agent Development
As a Product Manager, Agent Development at Sierra, you will be responsible for building and shipping enterprise-grade AI agents in partnership with engineers and customers, handling thousands of customer conversations daily. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their requirements, present demonstrations, and shape the product roadmap by implementing new features essential for customer success.

Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
