Strategic purpose of the role
As Product Manager, Ad Solutions, you are responsible for driving the development and evolution of key areas within Admarket — Schibsted’s advertising platform. You work closely with the Head of Product to shape priorities and ensure meaningful progress within your product domain.
You translate strategic direction into clear initiatives, structured product work, and measurable outcomes. The role balances discovery and delivery, ensuring that product decisions create real user and business value while supporting the long-term development of the platform.
You take ownership of your product area and are responsible for driving initiatives from discovery through execution.
Role tasks and responsibilities
Translate strategic objectives into prioritised initiatives and actionable plans
Define key success metrics and ensure transparent follow-up on adoption, performance, and business impact
Lead structured discovery to validate problems and opportunities
Manage backlog and prioritisation based on business value, impact, and feasibility
Drive clarity in scope, trade-offs, and expectations across stakeholders
Partner closely with Engineering and UX to ensure focused and efficient delivery
Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and scale workflows within your area
Communicate product decisions and rationale clearly to relevant stakeholders
Proactively explore new technologies and ways of working, including practical experimentation with emerging tools to improve speed, quality, and impact
Stay informed about relevant market and competitor developments to challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for improvement

Operating in a complex platform where product decisions can impact multiple workflows, systems, and teams
Balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term structural improvements
Prioritising effectively within capacity constraints and competing stakeholder needs

Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in platform or advertising technology domains
Demonstrated ability to lead product initiatives from problem discovery through delivery
Experience with user discovery, product analytics, and iterative impr
