Product Manager-75

As a Product Manager at Workato, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and features that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for defining product roadmaps, setting product goals and metrics, and working with stakeholders to prioritize product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Define product roadmaps and set product goals and metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product development and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a cloud-based SaaS company.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful products and features.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and AWS.
• Experience with agile methodologies and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
