Product Manager
Lead the development and delivery of 2D/3D and E&I solutions using Aveva UE, driving product strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional execution for engineering teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Aveva UE‑based 2D/3D and E&I solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and software teams to translate market and customer needs into feature specifications.
- Prioritize development work using Agile practices, ensuring timely releases and high‑quality deliverables.
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather user feedback to continuously improve product functionality and usability.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including demos, progress reporting, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in CAD/PLM or engineering software domains.
- Strong knowledge of Aveva UE, 2D/3D modeling, and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) design workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
