About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmap for crypto ETPs on SIX Swiss Exchange, BX Swiss, Boerse Stuttgart, DB Xetra, and Wiener Boerse.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure regulatory adherence and market fit.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Lead cross‑functional sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in fintech or crypto space.
- Deep understanding of regulated markets and ETP structures.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle tools.
