About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the strategic product roadmap into actionable development projects, defining milestones, resources, risks, and success criteria.
- Own the full product development lifecycle for GSE offerings, ensuring robust, innovative, and eco‑friendly solutions.
- Lead and mentor a Product Engineer while coordinating mechanical, electrical, and software teams across multiple disciplines.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration to align design, testing, and production activities, maintaining schedule and budget targets.
- Champion Powervamp’s zero‑emission portfolio, integrating sustainability goals into every stage of product development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product engineering for ground support or related equipment.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding cross‑functional teams.
- Deep understanding of eco‑friendly design principles and sustainability in product development.
- Ability to translate strategic direction into detailed, actionable plans.
