About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap for AI‑enabled solutions, aligning with market needs and financial targets.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, finance and digital teams to translate user requirements into actionable specifications.
- Lead agile product development cycles, prioritising features, managing backlogs and ensuring timely delivery.
- Analyse product performance metrics, conduct A/B testing and use insights to optimise user experience and revenue impact.
- Act as the trusted partner for stakeholders, presenting business cases, ROI analyses and progress updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI or machine‑learning products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering commercially successful products using agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and drive data‑informed decisions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across technical and business domains.
