As a Product Growth & Client Success Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across product, customer success, and business development functions. You will learn product features, workflows, and business processes while performing basic functional testing, identifying issues, and documenting bugs for the development team. You'll assist in validating new feature releases and maintaining quality standards. You will support client success by responding to basic customer queries, participating in product demonstrations and meetings, collecting feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you'll contribute to business growth by conducting market and competitor research, generating leads through LinkedIn and email outreach, supporting customer onboarding, and assisting with partnership initiatives. You'll also maintain CRM records, prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This internship offers valuable exposure to Product Management, Customer Success, QA, SaaS, and startup operations while developing strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
