About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve cloud‑based contact center platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the implementation of microservices, containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to define technical roadmaps and release cadences.
- Drive continuous improvement of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with deep expertise in AWS and Azure.
- Proven track record designing and scaling contact center or real‑time communication systems.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and DevOps tooling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
