About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design of new product lines, from concept through prototype to production.
- Develop detailed CAD models and perform FEA to validate structural and functional performance.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply‑chain teams to ensure manufacturability and cost targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean principles to reduce cycle time and defects.
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and design reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of product engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, Creo) and FEA (ANSYS, Abaqus).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Experience with project management tools and lean manufacturing practices is a plus.
