Product Engineering Manager - Turbine Airfoils - Asheville

As a Product Engineering Manager – Turbine Airfoils, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-performance turbine airfoils. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, developing and executing product roadmaps, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer needs. You will work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement new technologies, including software development, machine learning, and cloud computing. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, machine learning, and cloud computing, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing product development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-performance turbine airfoils
• Define product requirements and develop and execute product roadmaps
• Develop and implement new technologies, including software development, machine learning, and cloud computing

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product engineering management, with a focus on software development, machine learning, and cloud computing
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing product development projects
• Strong technical background in software development, machine learning, and cloud computing
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and cloud-based tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
