As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning solutions for Sprinklr's suite of digital customer experience applications.
What will you do:
- Collaborate with a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to develop innovative machine learning solutions.
- Implement various machine learning techniques including deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, language processing, and speech processing.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable systems in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Identify potential applications of cutting-edge research in our products and implement suitable solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data science, and incorporate relevant innovations into the team's workflow.
What makes you qualified:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related quantitative field.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment technologies, such as Kubernetes or Docker containers.
- Experience with large models (GPT-3, Google Bert, Whisper, Wav2Vec, Dalle, Transformer) and deep learning tools (TensorFlow, Torch).
- Experience with model optimization techniques like quantization.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous integration, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users, other technical teams, and product management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and create technical designs.
Nice to Have:
- 1 year of experience in deep learning with a proven track record on technically demanding projects.
- Contribution to open-source models & repos like HuggingFace etc.
- Experience with Multi-Modal ML, including Generative AI.
- Interest in and understanding of the impacts of AI technology.
