Software Engineer
Product Engineer building scalable property intelligence platform using Python, Node.js, AWS, and ML to deliver data-driven insights and real-time analytics for the real estate market.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python and Node.js that ingest, process, and serve large volumes of property data.
- Implement scalable data pipelines on AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift) to support real‑time analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine‑learning models for property valuation, trend prediction, and anomaly detection.
- Optimize API performance, ensure high availability, and monitor system health using CloudWatch and Prometheus.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to uphold code quality and reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production‑grade services in Python and Node.js.
- Strong background in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, Glue, Redshift).
- Hands‑on experience with data engineering, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with machine‑learning workflows and model deployment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
