About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop liquid‑cooling systems for front‑end I/O connectors, ensuring optimal thermal performance and reliability.
- Conduct thermal analysis using FEA tools, iterate designs, and validate performance through prototype testing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (mechanical, electrical, manufacturing) to integrate cooling solutions into product lines.
- Select and qualify advanced materials and cooling fluids, balancing cost, manufacturability, and performance.
- Develop test plans, execute validation tests, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in liquid‑cooling or thermal management for high‑speed electronic components.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material selection, and testing protocols.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
