Lead end‑to‑end product design for a high‑growth livestream shopping platform, crafting intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and building scalable design systems using Figma and modern UX practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design process from discovery to launch for new features and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and style guides in Figma.
- Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system that supports rapid iteration across multiple product lines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑moving tech or e‑commerce environment.
- Proven portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.
- Strong proficiency with Figma and familiarity with design system tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for user needs in cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with data‑driven design and A/B testing is a plus.
