About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the visual and interaction design of the product, creating high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to translate user needs and business metrics into elegant, usable interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Maintain consistency across the product suite by developing and evolving a comprehensive design system.
- Advise on design best practices, accessibility, and performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑moving tech environment, preferably B2B or SaaS.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual UI and interaction design.
- Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile, cross‑functional team and iterating based on data and feedback.
