About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product vision and translate business goals into user‑centric design solutions.
- Conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
- Develop high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design system components in Figma.
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work.
- Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for user needs.
