Accountabilities:

The Product Designer will help strengthen product design foundations by maintaining scalable systems, improving design quality, and supporting seamless collaboration between design and engineering teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a passion for creating consistent and accessible user experiences.

• Maintain, expand, and document Figma-based design systems, ensuring components are organized, consistent, and ready for implementation.
• Create detailed design specifications and documentation to support accurate engineering execution.
• Collaborate with senior designers to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Audit existing components, patterns, and product screens to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately across platforms and devices.
• Promote best practices around accessibility, scalability, usability, and visual consistency.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques by providing thoughtful feedback and proposing system-level improvements.
• Support the evolution of reusable design patterns that improve team efficiency and product quality.
• Contribute to smoother workflows by helping teams ship faster while maintaining a high standard of design excellence.

Requirements:
