Product Designer
Mid-level Product Designer responsible for end-to-end design of cross‑border payment experiences, leveraging UX research, Figma, and design systems to create intuitive, scalable interfaces for corporate and consumer clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from research to high‑fidelity prototypes for new payment features.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to translate business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to uncover pain points and validate design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system that supports consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in fintech or related domain.
- Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work.
- Solid understanding of user research methods and data‑driven design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for users in cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries is a plus.
