About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from research to high‑fidelity prototypes for the credit card and home‑management platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to uncover pain points and validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web, mobile, and emerging product features.
- Present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback and metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in fintech or consumer‑facing tech.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools with a strong portfolio showcasing complex product flows.
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams and iterating quickly in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for user needs in data‑driven discussions.
