About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design of new features and enhancements across the platform, translating business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to create wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, and design specifications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and validate design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system that supports consistency across web and mobile experiences.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles in every product iteration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex data visualizations and user flows.
- Hands‑on experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present concepts to cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to impact the renewable energy sector.
