About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to launch for a HIPAA‑compliant healthcare clearinghouse platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive user flows and wireframes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate rapidly.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and privacy best practices throughout the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross‑functional team.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data standards is a plus.
