About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of document workflows across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
- Translate user research and business goals into wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and visual designers to ensure cohesive, accessible experiences.
- Maintain and evolve a unified design system that supports rapid iteration and consistency across the Document Cloud suite.
- Advocate for inclusive design, conducting usability tests and iterating based on data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX or interaction design, preferably in SaaS or cloud products.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders.
- Passion for solving complex problems in the document and collaboration space.
