About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs that align with brand guidelines and design system standards.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Partner with copywriters, legal, and product owners to ensure content and compliance are integrated seamlessly into the design.
- Advocate for user experience best practices across cross‑functional teams and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑moving environment, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design solutions.
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles, responsive design, and mobile‑first UX strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and version control for design assets.
