Product Designer
Lead the design of colleague‑assisted customer care platforms, creating intuitive interfaces and seamless experiences for frontline teams using Figma, design systems, and user research to drive a major transformation program.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end user interfaces for globally used customer and colleague servicing platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals into engaging experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma.
- Advocate for user‑centric design within cross‑functional teams and contribute to a major transformation program.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI solutions for complex platforms.
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data‑driven design iterations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
