About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design process from research to high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Maintain design system consistency and contribute to component libraries.
- Advocate for user experience best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in a fast‑moving environment.
- Proficient in Figma, with strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design solutions and problem‑solving skills.
