About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design end‑to‑end user experiences for AI‑powered software, mobile apps, and connected devices.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate AI capabilities into clear, trustworthy UI flows.
- Develop high‑fidelity prototypes and visual assets using Figma and other design tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback loops to validate designs in regulated, high‑stakes environments.
- Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across product families.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional product design experience, preferably with AI or machine‑learning enabled products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX design, prototyping, and visual design for complex, data‑rich applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with design hand‑off processes.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
- Understanding of AI concepts (e.g., model outputs, confidence scores) and ability to design transparent, user‑friendly interfaces for AI features.
