About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end UX and UI design for AI products, including agent interfaces, model interaction flows, and developer‑facing dashboards.
- Translate advanced AI functionalities into clean, human‑centered experiences that simplify powerful capabilities.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate design decisions and iterate quickly.

Requirements
- Proven experience designing AI‑native or developer‑tool products, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex interactions.
- Expertise in UX research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
