Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design end‑to‑end user experiences for AI Voice Agent, AI Assist, and related communication features.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate AI capabilities into clear, usable interfaces.
Develop high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using Figma and design system components.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven iteration to validate concepts and improve adoption.
Define and maintain design guidelines that ensure consistency across voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and AI‑powered interactions.
Requirements
3+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or AI‑enabled platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for complex, multi‑modal experiences.
Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and design system management.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to design intuitive interactions around AI agents.
