About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design process from discovery to launch, translating complex construction workflows into clean, user‑centric interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to surface pain points and validate design decisions.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes and design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to iterate on features and drive product roadmap.
- Advocate for inclusive, accessible design standards and mentor junior designers on best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design solutions for complex workflows.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and design system maintenance.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and human‑centered design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
