About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of mobile and web experiences for restaurant scheduling and payroll.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes and design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across products.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, performance metrics, and emerging industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in SaaS or related tech.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for users.
- Experience with data‑driven design and A/B testing is a plus.
