Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI/ML‑powered products for consumer banking operations, shaping vision, prioritizing features, and coordinating cross‑functional teams using Agile methods and data‑driven design.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI/ML solutions that improve customer and employee experiences in banking operations.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Drive Agile delivery cycles, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely release of high‑quality features.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on models and interfaces to continuously enhance value.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication, risk mitigation, and alignment with regulatory and security standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or delivery experience in AI/ML or data‑intensive environments.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle management, and data engineering pipelines.
- Proven ability to lead Agile teams, prioritize backlogs, and deliver complex software products on schedule.
- Hands‑on experience with Python and common ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing stakeholders across technical and business domains.
