Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, pain points, and growth opportunities.
• Design and execute A/B tests, interpret results, and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
• Build predictive models and recommendation engines to personalize user experiences and forecast key metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define data requirements and deliver insights that shape product roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model deployment.
• Hands‑on experience with machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and statistical modeling.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodology, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional product environment is a plus.
