About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for cybersecurity solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in Agile environments to deliver secure, high‑quality products on schedule.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analyses to inform product design and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and security teams to integrate security controls and automate testing pipelines.
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Proven track record of delivering secure products in Agile, cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with cloud security, threat intelligence, and secure software development lifecycle.
