About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain predictive models (propensity, classification) to identify high‑value activation opportunities.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Validate model performance, iterate on features, and deploy models into production pipelines.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying predictive models with Python.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
