About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize semiconductor process flows to meet performance, yield, and cost targets.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Apply statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies to diagnose and eliminate process variability.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with R&D, equipment, and manufacturing teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing process development.
- Proficiency in cleanroom operations, process simulation, and CAD tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SPC, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
